John Wilson has interviewed Kate on his BBC Radio 4 Front Row programme for the releases of both Aerial and Director’s Cut. He’s not about to break that habit for 50 Words For Snow and today met with Kate to interview her for a future broadcast (we’ll have the broadcast date and time of this interview as soon as we can). He relayed the following message from Kate via his Twitter account: “Thank you so much for all your kind words, I’m really touched. Hope you like the album, love Kate” Aww.

Right – Kate Bush has tweeted (albeit indeirectly) – I’m never bothering going on twitter again as it can’t get any better than that!
John Wilson: what a lovely old-school chap – absolutely full of appreciation for Kate’s music, but not gushing or OTT – just the sort of distinguished journalist that Homeground should try to get an interview with…

Kate has tweeted! How very Aerial!

You can always depend on him for a quality interview – some other journalists should have their privileges revoked for the predictable nonsense questions they fire at her!

I notice that Jian Ghomeshi of the CBC is supposed to be interviewing KB, so I took the liberty of emailing his show “Q” with a few sensible questions.
